Bioenergy Healing System

The Bioenergy Healing System helps to integrate the physical, psychological, and spiritual dimensions equally, and is an essential science denoting the need to evolve and surpass all limitations. Helping individuals discover a way of connecting to the source of life within us using this form of treatment is our non-profit’s mission. We are here to promote a state of consciousness in which one inhabits a state of inner mind awareness. The individual is able to learn to communicate with the subconscious and the higher conscious.

Yoga

Maintain a balanced Chi/Prana for a calm and centered state of mind, body, and spirit, the practice of our holistic form of yoga can help preserve equilibrium. In addition to feeling relaxed in the present moment, the practice of yoga is proven to reverse the changes that have taken place in genes due to depression and poor health. The biological effects of yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation promote the suppression of the expression of genes and genetic pathways that promote inflammation. Stress in psychological form is the predominant factor that promotes the body’s inflammation response in today’s society. Our research at RW&RF found that practicing yoga and meditation regularly promoted an anti-inflammatory response, an optimized immune system, and the path to limitless health and well-being alongside the implementation of the powerful Bioenergy Healing System.

Meditation

Meditation allows the mind to quiet consciously and relax. At RW&RF, we provide the opportunity for individuals to reestablish harmony to rejuvenate and heal the mind through the implementation of our special meditation classes. Stress and fatigue are released as a result in the purest and natural form. Studies conducted prove that meditation improves concentration, encourages a healthy lifestyle, increases happiness and acceptance, and improves cardiovascular and immune health. Studies have also shown that meditation increases the brain signaling in the left side of the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for positive emotions; furthermore, decreasing the activity on the right side which is responsible for negative emotions. The beneficial properties of meditation are prevalent as they produce results that are empowering for the person by removing mental barriers to present a clear understanding of our personality, thought process, and environmental surroundings.

Nutrition

The interaction/outcome of nutrients and other ingredients in food in relation to the health and disease of an organism is a critical part of any organism seeking optimal health and wellness through the identification of personal boundaries/setbacks and the implementation of a successful treatment program. An individual eager to achieving his/her acknowledged goal works towards them, and makes the necessary life changes. Congruent with the Bioenergy Healing System, we offer nutritional counseling and weight loss programs, offering classes about food and its effect on health. Having an understanding on today’s foods and eating trends gives our students the opportunity to make intellectual choices of all available choices for nutrition, customizing individual programs to work on each health concern to prevent illness and improve the metabolism. Research studies have indicated the positive correlation between Bioenergy Healing and a healthy nutritional program in which patients experienced a significant drop in weight, and alleviation of diseases.
